Lea Gracer has been involved in the world of nutrition / medicine / lifestyle behavior change for over 30 years, She earned a BA in Biology with an interest in nutrition at the University of California in Santa Cruz with honors. Her coaching certification is with Wellcoaches, Inc., with state of the art coaching technology and master coaching classes. She has assisted in an integrative medical practice as a weight management counselor for over seven years.
